Refund & Return Policy

At Sarang, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every saree is crafted and curated with care, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

• Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• After this window, we will not be able to accept requests.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• You are not satisfied with the saree for personal reasons.

Conditions for Return

• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Tags, packaging, and folds must be intact.
• Returns will not be accepted if the saree is altered, used, or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-stitched blouses
• Teardown or altered sarees
• Any saree with signs of wear or usage
• Only manufacturing defects in such cases will be considered for exchange.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• No refunds will be provided.
• Customers are eligible for an exchange only.
• Exchange can be made for another saree of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid if applicable).

Shipping Costs

• Customers will bear the return shipping charges for sending the product back.
• In case of damaged or wrong products, Sarang may arrange return shipping at its discretion.
