All sarees are showcased with the highest accuracy; however, slight variations in color, texture, or weave may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen resolution.
Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.
We use secure and trusted payment gateways. Sarang does not store or have access to your payment details.
In case of payment failure, please retry or contact your bank/payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are correct before placing the order.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Sarang is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective, wrong products, or unsatisfactory items (provided the saree is unused, unwashed, and has original tags & packaging).
No refunds will be issued. Only exchanges are allowed.
Customers will bear return shipping costs (except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong products sent).
Custom-stitched blouses, altered sarees, or teardown pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Pricing & Offers

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
Promotional codes/coupons are valid for limited periods and cannot be combined unless specified.
Sarang reserves the right to modify prices, discounts, and offers at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Sarang.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
