A: Don’t worry! Retry the payment or contact your bank/payment provider. You may also reach out to our support team.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 working days, and delivery time depends on your location.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your delivery.

A: You can raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery if your saree is damaged, defective, wrong, or unsatisfactory.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No refunds are provided. We offer exchange only.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers will bear the return shipping cost (unless it’s a manufacturing defect or wrong item sent).
Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: Custom-stitched blouses, altered sarees, and teardown pieces are not eligible for return/exchange.
